What data we process
If you contact us through the form or by e-mail, we may process the data you provide: name, organization, e-mail, phone number, area of interest, message content and follow-up communication.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle inquiries, answer questions, prepare possible cooperation and conduct related communication.
The legal basis is primarily taking steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and where appropriate our legitimate interest in handling and documenting business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If contractual or accounting documentation is created, processing may also be necessary for compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Retention period
Data from ordinary inquiries is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and reasonable follow-up communication, usually no longer than 3 years from the last communication unless a contractual relationship or statutory retention obligation arises.
Accounting, tax and contractual documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Recipients and processors
Personal data may be made available to providers of technical services, especially e-mail, hosting or IT services, where necessary for website operation, communication and technical infrastructure management. We do not provide data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not load tools for visitor tracking, advertising measurement or visitor profiling. For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed.
If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, the website will be updated with an appropriate consent management mechanism.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where GDPR provides for it, request data portability.

Commercial communication
Contact details from inquiries are not used for mass commercial communication without an appropriate legal basis. Any business communication relates to handling the inquiry or follow-up cooperation.
